Original gastronomic experiences, culinary journeys around the world, vegetarian dishes, various themed evenings - winter BBQ on the romantic terrace, steak evenings and much more....xperience first-class culinary delights - everything your heart desires!
ENJOYMENT TIME
- Good morning TIME from 07.30 - 10.00 ...We start a wonderful day of vacation with a positive thought with our breakfast of happiness. For our early risers there is an “Early morning breakfast” from 7.00 am.
Start the day fit and energized and fortify yourself at our “stone buffet” with a rich organic corner, juice bar and natural products from local agriculture, fine homemade jams, Tyrolean honey, regional delicacies.....or enjoy a freshly prepared egg dish from our breakfast chefs - daily freshly squeezed Haidachhof smoothies - Vital snack from 14.00 to 17.00 in the restaurant “Hoamatgfühl” - After being active, whether in summer or winter, crisp salads, warm dishes, homemade soups, fresh fruit and vegetables and sweets from the in-house patisserie await you!
- Non-alcoholic drinks from the juice bar
- If you get peckish during your wellness experience, there is a tea, juice and vitamin bar as well as nuts and healthy snacks in the wellness area.
- Non-alcoholic drinks all day at the “Steinbuffet”
- clear Zillertal spring water flows from all taps at the Haidachhof for perfect refreshment
- Gourmet dinner: 5-course evening menu - with predominantly regional products - daily vegetarian menu - weekly changing themed buffet evenings (e.g.: Pasta e Pasta: Italian buffet and Tyrolean country evening)
- Gluten & lactose-free dishes on request - we are happy to take your allergies and intolerances into consideration (please let us know when you arrive) - from 6.30 pm - we ask our guests to be seated at the table by 8 pm so that they can enjoy the evening to the full.
Enjoy in style
Appropriate attire for dinner is understood differently in many countries around the world. Evening dresses and stiff suits are not necessary for the daily gourmet menu at the Haidachhof. However, we do ask you to refrain from wearing flip-flops, shorts and shorts.
You are welcome to stay in your bathrobe in the “Hoamatgfühl” restaurant until 5 p.m. and enjoy the vital snack.

In our „small & fine“ boutique hotel, SPA is written in capital letters. On over 2000 m2 you will experience wellness at its finest with the most beneficial rituals in the world and the best of alpine nature. Feel the power of the elements.
