We are delighted to be your hosts!
You've just booked the best time of the year and then something unexpected comes up and you have to cancel your stay.

„Special cancellation fees apply for the Christmas and New Year period.“

If you wish to cancel your Christmas and New Year's Eve stay by 30.11., we will NOT charge a cancellation fee.
after 30.11.2025 our special cancellation regulations come into force.
We charge 80 % from the logis until 14.12.
and from 14.12.2025 we charge 100 % of the price of your stay.

Cancellation conditions for your stay (with the exception of Christmas and New Year's Eve stays - where our special cancellation conditions apply)

- we do not charge cancellation fees up to 3 months before arrival
- 3 months to 1 month before the start of the vacation we charge 40 % of the total arrangement price
- 1 month to 1 week before the stay we charge 70 % of the total arrangement price
- In the last week before the start of the vacation and in the event of early departure, we will charge 90 % of the total remaining package price

Cancellation fees are calculated on the basis of the total cost of the stay or all-inclusive week.

The accommodation contract can be terminated by the Haidachhof for objectively justified reasons by means of a unilateral declaration up to 3 months before the agreed start of the vacation at the latest, and up to 1 month before arrival in the case of bookings made at shorter notice.

Online bookings must be confirmed separately by the Haidachhof and only then become valid.

The cancellation conditions also apply to bookings already made from 17.5.2025 and do not require a separate new confirmation.

Advance payments:
For deposits already made at the Haidachhof, a voucher for the entire deposit will be created and sent to you by e-mail upon cancellation. You can postpone your stay - by arrangement - to another time at the Haidachhof.
